WASHINGTON, D.C.—U.S. Congresswoman Debbie Lesko (AZ-08) joined Congresswoman Diana Harshbarger (R-TN-01) in cosponsoring the No Vaccine Mandate for Americans Act which prohibits vaccine mandates and vaccine passports and ensures people cannot be forced to disclose personal health information against their will.

“Since the beginning of the pandemic, I have heard from thousands of constituents concerned about vaccine mandates and passports and the prospect of their personal medical information being given to the government,” said Congresswoman Lesko. “I am adamantly opposed to vaccine mandates and passports and believe that individuals should not have to disclose their private medical information unless they want to. I’m excited to support this important legislation that ensures Americans’ personal liberties are protected.”
