This week, District Director Lisa Gray from the office of Congresswoman Debbie Lesko (R-AZ) presented Sun City Residents Action Program (SCRAP) President Lloyd Maple and representative Jim Hunter with the Arizona’s 8th—Congressional Recognition. SCRAP was created by volunteers to initiate the “Sun City Walls Project” which included painting and mending community walls in Sun City.

“After nearly two years, 3,667 gallons of paint, and with the help of dozens of volunteers, SCRAP completed almost 17 miles of Sun City community walls,” said Congresswoman Debbie Lesko. Sun City, known as the City of Volunteers, is filled with amazing people working together to make their community a great place to live. Congratulations to Lloyd, Jim, and everyone who made this community project a success!”
