Congresswoman Debbie Lesko (R-AZ) introduced H.R. 1944, the VA Medical Center Transparency Act, a bipartisan bill with Congresswoman Susie Lee (D-NV) to increase public transparency with VA Medical facilities. H.R. 1944 requires each VA Medical facility to publish an annual report available to the public with their current performance, along with a plan on how to improve their quality of service for veterans.

“Veterans across the country deserve a VA facility that constantly strives to better serve them,” said Congresswoman Lesko (AZ-08).  “My bill requires each VA medical facility to publish a detailed plan to improve their performance. This bipartisan bill will increase transparency between VA facilities, members of Congress, and the veterans they serve.”
