Congresswoman Debbie Lesko (AZ-08) presented the North Valley Young Marines with Arizona’s District 8 Congressional Recognition. The Young Marines is a youth education and service program for boys and girls, ages 8 through completion of high school that promotes the mental, moral, and physical development of its members.
