Congresswoman Debbie Lesko (R-AZ) presented 30 students in Ms. Kathyrn Winters’ second grade class at Imagine Rosefield with Arizona’s District 8 Congressional Recognition for becoming published authors. The students wrote and illustrated their own book of poetry titled “Our Poems”. 

“Publishing their very own book is a fantastic learning experience for these children,” said Congresswoman Debbie Lesko (AZ-08). “The creativity of the poems and the hard work they put into their book were very impressive. I enjoyed meeting each of these second graders, and I thank Ms. Winters for all that she does for these bright students!”
