SURPRISE, ARIZONA—U.S. Congresswoman Debbie Lesko (AZ-08) presented the Glendale Arizona Historical Society in Glendale, AZ with a Congressional Recognition for their dedication to historic preservation. Since 1973, the Glendale Arizona Historical Society has been preserving Glendale's history, supporting scholarly research, and stimulating public interest in Glendale's past.

“I am proud to recognize the Glendale Arizona Historical Society for their hard work in collecting, protecting, interpreting, and preserving Glendale’s rich history,” said Congresswoman Lesko. “Founded in 1892, the city of Glendale is filled with stories of families and farmers who have made Glendale into the thriving city it is today. Preserving Glendale's history and heritage is crucial for connecting its past and future generations.”
