WASHINGTON, D.C.—U.S. Congresswoman Debbie Lesko (AZ-08) released the following statement after President Joseph R. Biden announced he would rescind critical Title 42 public health protections:

“President Biden and Democrats removed the last line of defense at our Southern Border with the rescinding of Title 42. Since his first day in office, Biden has enacted reckless border policies that signal to the rest of the world that our border is open. The flood of illegal immigrants entering our border communities is a danger to our national health and security and it will only increase with the removal of Title 42.”
