WASHINGTON, D.C.—Today, U.S. Congresswoman Debbie Lesko (AZ-08) sent a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland to raise concerns about the planned attacks against Choices Pregnancy Centers in Arizona in the wake of the anticipated decision from the U.S. Supreme Court in Dobbs v. Jackson. Lesko was joined in sending the letter by her Arizona Republican colleagues, Representatives Andy Biggs (AZ-05), Paul Gosar (AZ-04), and David Schweikert (AZ-06).

“I am horrified by the reports that radical pro-abortion activists are planning attacks against pregnancy centers in Arizona that provide vital support for pregnant mothers and their babies,” said Congresswoman Lesko. “I am demanding that the Department of Justice take the steps necessary to prevent these attacks and prosecute those who commit these violent acts to the fullest extent of the law.”
