SURPRISE, AZ—U.S. Congresswoman Debbie Lesko (AZ-08) presented a Congressional Recognition to Developmental Enrichment Centers, a non-profit located in Glendale, AZ, for the educational services and training they provide to both adults and children with cognitive disabilities.
