WASHINGTON, D.C.—U.S. Congresswoman Debbie Lesko (AZ-08) launched the Congressional Caucus to Protect Kids, also known as the Protect Kids Caucus (PKC), to promote policies and practices that protect children from sexualization in schools, health care, government programs, and online and provide a platform for experts and parents across the nation to inform Congress on threats to children’s innocence.

“As a mother and grandmother, I am growing increasingly more alarmed at the sexualization of our children in modern culture,” said Congresswoman Lesko. “From school curricula to entertainment, our children are being sexualized at a younger age than ever before. It’s important that Congress monitor this issue and work to protect our children and their innocence.”

The PKC is registered as an official Congressional Caucus and open to all members of Congress.
