Congresswoman Debbie Lesko (AZ-08) presented Dawn Marie Rapaport, Founder of Homeless Engagement Lift Partnership (H.E.L.P.) and Peoria resident, with Arizona’s District 8 Congressional Recognition. The mission of H.E.L.P. is to restore dignity and hope to those in our homeless community by changing the cycle, and to provide immediate aid and comfort for those experiencing homelessness.
